You must sign in with a valid Google account to use JagoBid. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from JagoBid
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Job Data

JagoBid aggregates publicly available job listings from freelance platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. Job listings are the property of their respective platforms.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

JagoBid is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed job opportunities, lost revenue, or damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
